摘要
场感应模式静电放电是一种常见的静电放电形式,当系统中存在杂散电流、骚扰电流、噪声电压、接地干扰或各传输线敷设不当时,系统即具备了产生场感应模式静电放电的条件。根据上述发生条件,本文总结了防范场感应模式静电放电发生的检测方法,并介绍了其在工程中的实际应用。
Field-Induced model electrostatic discharge is a common form of electrostatic discharge. When there exists one of the following sequences in the system, which are stray current, harassment current, noise voltage, ground disturbance or improper laying trans- mission lines, it has the basic condition to occur Field-Induced Model electrostatic dis- charge (FIM). Based on the conditions, the detection methods of FIM were summarized in this paper, as well as its engineering application.
