特殊自然环境下视屏显示终端(VDT)作业人员职业紧张及其影响因素的调查研究

An investigation on the occupational stress of video display terminal( VDT)operators and its impacted factors under special natural environment

目的探讨特殊自然环境下视屏显示终端(VDT)作业人员的职业紧张水平及其影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取某矿业集团下属甲、乙、丙3家企业的VDT作业人员(工龄≥1 a)301人为调查对象。采用工作紧张测量问卷(JSS)和社会支持评定量表,对其职业紧张水平及其影响因素进行调查。结果年龄≤40岁组与>40岁组VDT作业人员工作紧张指数、组织支持缺乏指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历组与不同职称组,工作压力指数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3家企业VDT作业人员的紧张强度、压力强度和组织支持缺乏强度差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);学历和支持总分为影响职业紧张的因素。结论特殊自然环境下VDT作业人员的紧张水平较高,且受到学历及社会支持的影响。

Objective To investigate the occupational stress of video display terminal （VDT）operators in special environment and the influencing factors.Methods 301 VDT operators were selected to investigate their occupational stress by Job Stress Survey （JSS）and Social Support Rate Scale （SSRS）questionnaire through stratified cluster random sampling.Results Between the group under 30 years and the group a-bove 30 years,the differences in occupational stress index and lack of organizational support index showed statistical significance （P 〈0.05）;differences of work pressure index showed statistical significance （P 〈0.05）in Groups with different degrees and professional titles;among three companies of VDT operators, there were statistical significance in occupational stress intensity,work pressure intensity and lack of or-ganizational support intensity （P 〈0.05）;degree and support score were the impacted factors to the occu-pational stress.Conclusion VDT operators′ occupational stress under the special natural environment should be given more concerns.
