论我国农产品流通支撑体系存在的问题及其对策

The Support System for the Circulation of China's Agricultural Products: Problems and Solutions

农产品流通作为一个复杂的系统工程,只有在一定的物质条件和相对完善的支撑保障体系下才能正常运行和发展。当前我国农产品流通支撑体系存在基础设施落后、技术水平较低、管理水平不高、人才短缺和组织化程度低等问题。加强我国农产品流通支撑体系建设应加强基础设施建设,优化农产品市场体系架构;推动农产品流通创新,提升技术水平;优化农产品流通政策环境,加强监督管理;培育农产品现代流通主体,增强流通企业能力。

As a complex and systematic project, the circulation of agricultural products can only work well under certain conditions with a sound supporting system. This article analyzes the main problems of the support system of China＇s agricultural product circulation, such as weak infrastructure, backward technology, poor management, shortage of talent, and lack of systematization. To promote the supporting system of the circulation of agricultural products, this article proposes a set of solutions. First, the infrastructure construction is to be strengthened and the structure of market system of agricultural products should be optimized; second, innovation in the circulation of agricultural products should be encouraged in order to achieve the technology advancement; third, the circulation policy of agricultural products should be im- proved and the supervision and administration should be strengthened; and fourth, the modem circulation subject of agricultural products should be fostered in order to promote the performance of the circulation enterprises.
