Selection Testing and Analysis on Wire Rope for Port Crane

针对港口起重机对钢丝绳的使用需求,选取不同型号规格的钢丝绳在门座式起重机和轮胎式起重机上加以测试。通过对测试过程的跟踪、记录和数据分析,研究滑轮和卷筒对钢丝绳使用性能的影响,验证起重机用起升钢丝绳和变幅钢丝绳的常规使用寿命周期,探求钢丝绳和起重机之间的合理匹配使用方法。

The gantry crane and the tyre crane are tested from the points of crane requirements for wire rope and different types of wire rope in the port. The life cycle about crane hoisting rope and luffing wire rope routine are verified by tracking, recording, analyzing and studying the influence of pulley and drum for the performance of the wire rope. Reasonable matching with rope and crane is presented.
