With an aim to meet the increasing demands of 10 000 t/h grade capacity reclaimer in the world market, the reclaimer is analyzed with the design on general arrangement, main steel structure, main mechanism, intelligence and environmental protection to improve the advanced design of big capacity reclaimer. Suitable arrangement and design are optimized with reliability and availability.
