独立学院就业服务模式研究

完善就业服务体系能有效促进大学生就业。本文就当前我国独立学院就业服务工作中主要存在的服务观念淡薄、专业课程设置有待加强、就业指导人员的专业素质不高、就业服务过程缺乏连贯性、学生的素质有待提高等问题提出构建独立学院就业服务体系的措施。

To improve the employment service system can effectively promote the employment of University stu- dents. This article on the current employment service work of independent college in our country mainly in the ser- vice concept, the curriculum needs to be strengthened, the employment guidance personnel＇s professional quality is not high,lack of continuity of employment service process, the quality of students needs to be improved and proposed the construction of the employment service system of independent college and measures.
