基于创新实践能力的卓越工程师人才培养方案研究——机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例

"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是我国高等教育发展和改革的新方向,旨在培养优秀的工程技术人才。基于高等工程教育对"专才"培养面临的不足,探讨了"卓越工程师教育培养"的内涵以及高等工程教育新的人才培养改革思路。依托济南大学泉城学院独特优势,进行机械设计制造及其自动化专业人才培养模式改革与实践,建立符合济南大学泉城学院特色的旨在加强学生工程实践能力与创新设计能力培养的建设性方案。

＂Excellence Engineer education program＂ is a new direction of China＇s development and reform of higher education, aiming to cultivate engineering talents. According to higher engineering education problems of ＂pro- fessionals＂ training , discusses the connotation of ＂Excellence Engineer education＂ and the new talents in higher engineering education reform ideas. The unique advantage of relying on University of Jinan Quancheng College, training mode reform and practice＂ of mechanical design manufacturing and automation professional talents, established to meet the characteristics of University of Jinan Quancheng Institute to strengthen the building of scheme of cultivat- ing students＂ practical capability and innovative design ability.
