机械大类招生分类培养模式下学生管理对策的研究

"宽口径、厚基础、强能力、高素质"的大类招生模式,顺应市场经济发展的需求,符合当今高等教育的发展方向。然而实施大类招生给学生教育管理工作带来了许多新的问题与挑战。本文结合近几年所在学院大类招生分类培养的实施情况,提出一些具体的解决措施,提升学生管理工作的实效性。

It is in accordance with the development of market economy and the development trend of modem higher education that the general enrollment mode of wide caliber, thick foundation, strong ability, high quality. However, it has brought many new problems and challenges that the implementation of large class enrollment for students＇ education and management work. In this paper, it put forward some specific measures which improve the effectiveness of student management work combined with the implementation of recent years and the college enroll- ment classification training.
