摘要
高校班主任的队伍中,青年教师的组成日益壮大,已然成为高校班级管理工作的重要组成部分。青年教师在工作、生活及心理等方面有着自身的特点,需要在班级管理工作中充分发挥自身优势,扬长避短,有效地处理相关事务。其中,班级管理的"度"尤其需要得到重视。青年班主任需要从管理班级工作的角度、力度进行研究,根据不同的管理对象、管理内容和管理目标采取不同的管理策略,让班级健康有序地发展。
The university young class teachers are growing fast and have become an important part of the college class management. Young teachers have its own characteristics in the work, life and mental aspects. They need to give full play to their own advantages in the class management. And the "degree" of the class management needs es- pecially to be paid more attention to. In order to create a healthy and orderly class, young teachers should take di- verse management strategies according to different objects, contents and goals.
