高等院校图书馆通识教育职能的重要实践——馆、系联合构建大学生人文实训

摘要 通识教育应是大学教育的本然价值,强化通识教育是大学寻找人文精神的有效途径。在论述了通识教育及其内涵的基础上,指出了人文实训是目前高等教育中最薄弱的环节,阐述了开展人文实训的必要性,提出了馆、系联合构建大学生人文实训的方法和途径:建立完善的人文实训机制,"强强联手"以"文献资源+场地+实训器材+指导老师"的服务模式构建各类人文实训场地,以"馆员+教师+学生"的管理模式确保实训场地健康、持续的生存和发展,让人文实训成为图书馆乃至高等院校实施通识教育的重要实践。 General Education values should be authentic college education. Strengthening University General Edu- cation is an effective way to find the human spirit of college. On the basis of discussing the General Education and its connotation, the article points out the humanistic training is the weakest link in Higher Education, elaborating the necessity to carry out training in the humanities, proposing libraries, and departments should join together to build the training methods and approaches of Students' Humanity: To establish a sound mechanism for Humanity Training, by the Service Mode i.e."joined forces " as well as "Document Resources + training site + instructor training equip- ment " to build all kinds of humanistic training venues, with " librarians + Teachers + students ~ training venue management model to ensure a healthy, sustainable survival and development, so that the humanities library training has become an important practical implementation of general education as well as colleges and universities.
