摘要
海归待业已经成为我国海外人才回流浪潮中的常见现象。一部分海归在回国后难以顺利融入国内的就业市场,出现就业困境,这不仅引起了国内媒体和学术界的关注,而且引起了国外媒体和海外学者的注意。本文拟根据海外学者对中国海归待业问题的现有研究,探究其分析思路、逻辑和研究方法,为中国政府妥善处理海归待业问题,完善留学回国人员的就业创业政策和相应的就业服务体系提供国际视野和借鉴参考。
The unemployment of overseas returnees has become a common phenomenon in the wave of students returning from abroad. It is difficult for some overseas returnees to adapt to China's labor market. The above problem has aroused the attention and concern from the media and the academic circles both at home and abroad. This paper is based on the researches related to the employment of overseas returnees made by overseas academics with a view to exploring their analytical thoughts and research methods so as to provide an international perspective and reference for decision making of government bodies.
