利用污水厂二级出水对富油微藻藻种的培育和筛选 被引量:1

摘要 以二级出水为培养液,对比研究了4种微藻的生长特性、油脂含量及脱氮除磷效能。结果表明4种微藻在二级出水中生长符合经典的微生物生长规律,二形栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)和普通小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)可达到较高的生物量和生长速率,适于在二级出水中生长。普通小球藻和二形栅藻培养后藻液中油脂含量显著高于其他两种微藻;普通小球藻的含油率最高,达37.46%,具有可观的产油潜力。4种微藻对二级出水均展现出较强的脱氮除磷效能,总磷(TP)的去除率都达到80%以上,总氮(TN)去除率达到75%以上,表明利用微藻可达到同步富集油脂和深度净化水质的作用。 Four species of microalgae were cultured to compare their ability of growth, nutrients removal and lipid accumulation in secondary effluent. The results indicate that all microalgae cultivates with secondary effluent according with classical growth characteristics of microorganisms. Scenedesmus obliquus and Chlorella vulgaris are more adaptable to secondary effluent, because they can achieve higher biomass and growth rate. Scenedesmus obliquus and Chlorella vulgaris have higher lipid content than others. ChloreUa vulgaris has the highest lipid content ( about 37.46% ), showing considerable potential of accumulating lipid. Four species have good ability to remove nitrogen and phosphorus from secondary effluent. The removal rate of TP and TN is more than 80% and 75%, respectively, which demonstrates microalgae not only accumulates lipid, but also purifies wastewater simultaneously.
