Common Problems and Countermeasures of Production and Operation for Aerobic Composting of Urban Sewage Sludge

该文分析了郑州市某污泥处置厂好氧堆肥生产过程存在的问题,提出了通过管控优化污泥堆肥工艺参数、提升管理人员的业务能力等措施,来解决堆肥发酵生产过程中由气候温度、混料生产、原材料、发酵过程管控等因素引发的问题。此外,稳定发酵周期,提高堆肥和高效土壤改良剂质量和附加值,推动市政污泥堆肥行业的健康良性发展。

The problems of aerobic composting process in a sludge treatment plant in Zhengzhou were analyzed in this paper. Some countermeasures including controlling process parameters of aerobic composting and improving management of administrative staffs were raised, which can deal with the problems caused by climate temperature, mixing production, raw materials and controlling of fermentation process. Meanwhile, stabilizing fermentation period, enhancing quality and additional value of composting and soil conditioner will make sludge composting develop further.
