摘要
去应力退火技术广泛应用于机械、锅炉等行业,其对焊接件内应力的消减作用已经得到了广泛的认可。结合上海市蕰藻浜大桥下塔柱超大型钢结构节点的整体去应力退火技术,通过前期工艺策划、焊接工艺评定验证、实际构件去应力退火及热处理后相关数据的测量、收集等,对去应力退火技术在钢结构桥梁方面的应用进行了研究和探讨。为研究对抗疲劳性能要求较高的、关键部位需要热处理的钢桥制作技术起到一定的借鉴作用。
The destressing annealing technology is widely used in machinery, boilers and other industries and its reduction function of internal stress in weldments has been broadly recognized. Combined with the project of Shanghai Wenzaobang Bridge, and through the early stage process planning, the welding procedure qualification and verification, the relevant data measured and collected from the actual destressing annealing and after heat treatment of the steel members, this paper has studied and discussed the application of the integral destressing annealing technology applied to the steel structure bridge, such as the super large steel structure nodes in lower part of the Wenzaobang bridge pillar. It can provide certain references for steel bridge manufacturing technologies, particularly for those which have higher requirement of anti- fatigue performance and need heat treatment for key parts.
