随着时代的不断发展和社会的不断进步,公共图书馆在社会中的地位日益凸显。培养出一批具备扎实专业化管理能力、创新能力和科学管理能力的图书馆员队伍势在必行,刻不容缓。然而从目前来看,公共图书馆馆员的能力素质不尽乐观。本文尝试分析提升公共图书馆馆员能力素质的策略,以作抛砖引玉之用。

With the development of the times and society, the public library＇s position in society has become increasingly prominent. To cultivate a group of librarians with strong capabilities of professional management, innovation and scientific management is imperatively urgent. However, from the current point of view, the ability and quality of public librarians is not optimism. This paper attempts to analyze the strategy for enhancing the quality and capability of public librarians to throw out a minnow to catch a whale.
