Professional overdue periodical is an important collection of resources in Medical Collage Library , which has a high reference value in use. Many medical college libraries reflect the problem of backward management and issue of focusing on collection and ignoring use that affects the professional overdue periodicals＇ utilization. This article discusses on the above issues and proposes proper counter- measures and suggestions. Professional
