服务特殊群体是公共图书馆的重要职责,公共图书馆必须采取措施做好对盲人残疾读者、贫困农民、社区弱势群体的服务,切实保障每一个人公平地享受到图书馆服务。本文从思南县图书馆为特殊群体提供服务的工作实践出发,对县级公共图书馆服务特殊群体的工作措施、存在问题进行了深入探讨,对县级公共图书馆创新特殊群体服务机制提出了行之有效的建议和对策。
Special groups is one of the important objects of the library service, public library in assisting vulnerable groups are duty -bound to social responsibility. Therefore, measures must be taken to prepare for the blind disabled readers in public library services, poor farmers, communities and vulnerable groups, and to guarantee each individual could equitably access to library services. From the practical work of Sinan County Library provides services to special groups of view, this article deeply discuss the county public library services for special groups＇working measures and its problems and proposed effective suggestions and countermeasures for county -level library service innovation mechanism.
