The cultural resources of Frontier Tuen of Yongsheng County is rich and unique , which has great historical research and cultural value of tourism development. Yongsheng County Public Library as an important part of the local cuhural institutions, has great contribution of local Frontier Tuen Construc- tion. On the basis of presentation on Yongsheng County Public Library and on the edge of village culture, this article analyzes the necessity and importance of Yongsheng County Public Library to the construction of Frontier Tuen culture and discusses the ways and means to the Yongshen county public library and Frontier Tuen cultural Construction.
