摘要
介绍在役厚壁反应器管接头采用超声相控阵(PAUT)技术进行检测和缺陷定量的最新国际动态。与常规UT作了比较。PAUT有二维和三维显示,添加组合图示,特别有助于检测结果的表述和报告。PAUT缺陷精测数据可满足基于断裂力学验收标准的工程临界评定要求。本文旨在为国内承压设备管接头在制在用检测符合国际法规要求提供有用借鉴。
This article describes the latest international trend of ultrasonic phased array technology(PAUT)used in examination and flaw measuring of heavy walled reactor nozzles.A comparison is made between PAUT and conventional UT techniques.PAUT has 2-D and 3-D image displays.And an added combined display is especially helpful in the presentation of results and reporting.The precise flaw data determined by PAUT can meet the Engineering Critical Assessment requirements for a fracture mechanics based acceptance criteria.The intention is to provide a useful reference for in-manufacture and in-service inspection of nozzle welded joints conforming to the international code requirements.
