摘要
以茶籽饼粕为原料,采用乙醇水提法提取茶皂素,确定最佳工艺条件:乙醇浓度30%、浸提时间2 h、温度80℃、液料比20:1。同时,采用絮凝和膜技术相结合的方法进行纯化。选用1%壳聚糖为絮凝剂,确定最佳絮凝条件:壳聚糖加入量3 m L、絮凝时间3 h。在此条件下杂质去除率为28.32%。将絮凝后的溶液再依次通过0.3μm的微滤膜和5000 u的超滤膜,超滤压力为0.16 MPa,时间为110 min,得到纯度为85.67%的茶皂素。
Tea saponin was extracted by ethanol-water extraction with Camellia seed cake as raw material. The optimal extraction process conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol concentration 30%, extraction time 2 h, temperature 80℃, and ratio of solvent to material 20:1. Using 1% chitosan as flocculantion, the optimum extracting conditions were obtained as follows: chitosan 3 mL, flocculating for 3 hours. The impurities-removal rate was 28.32%. The solution through 0.3 μm microfiltration, and then 5000 u was used in the process of ultrafiltration. The optimal conditions were transmembrane pressure 0.16 MPa and time 110 min. The content of tea saponin is 85.67% in the final product.
