摘要
广西国有高峰林场务实建设企业文化,把职工文化基础设施改造和体育硬件设施建设纳入重大民生建设项目扎实推进,职工精神面貌焕然一新;颇具内涵与特色的林场诚信文化、安全文化、制度文化、竞争文化等有效推进了林场的改革发展与安全生产。通过交谈、问卷深入了解职工重大关切、文化需求和文化建设存在的问题,提出思考:深入理性地认识职工文化含义,强化职工文化建设的发展意识,创新活动载体,更新激励观念,创造林场职工在各领域争当先进、勇当标兵自我实现的良好氛围。
Guangxi Gaofeng state-owned forest farm practically constructs the culture of enterprise, the workers' cultural infrastructure and sports hardware facilities in major construction project made solid progress of the people' s livelihood, the workers looks brand-new and mental. Connotation and characteristics of forest farm honesty culture, safety culture, system culture, and competitive culture effectively promote the reform of the forestry develop- ment and safety production. Through conversation, questionnaire in-depth knowledge worker major concerns, cultural needs and problems of cultural construction, the paper puts forward the thinking: rational understanding deeply understand the worker cultural meanings, enhance the consciousness of the worker cultural construction development, innovation carrier, update the incentive idea, create forest farm worker in various fields to be advanced, for yong pace-making good atmosphere of self-realization.
