渡边淳一名作《失乐园》中,男女主人公有着种种差异性。这种差异性书写,不仅仅是日本当代社会现实的写照,也使久木与凛子的互动充满意趣,使其对现代社会残酷性的反思与对绝对爱的呼唤更为深邃与广博,使久木与凛子,男性与女性两种个性主体的主体性与价值同时得到确认,而这种差异性的书写却并不僵化。

In tile masterpiece Paradise Lost, the writer, Junichi Watanabe describes the difference between the hero and heroine. The difference not only serves as a mirror of the contemporary social reality in Japan, but also injects a charming quaintness into the Hisagi-Rinko relations. It deepens and broadens the introspection of the cruel social reality as well as the appeal for the ab- solute love ; it makes the subjectivity and value of the two individuals be recognized. Meanwhile, the description of the difference is not that rigid.
