境外华人社区普通话传播与发展研究——以香港、澳门和新加坡为例

Communication and Development Studies of Putonghua in Overseas Chinese Communities:Hong Kong,Macao and Singapore as Examples

我国自1956年开展推广普通话工作以来,推普工作成绩显著,普通话已经是全国各地区、各族人民的通用语言。纵观全球华人社会,普通话虽在境外华人社区发展历程各不相同,但近年来都呈增长趋势。本文选取了香港、澳门和新加坡三个典型华人社区作为研究对象,通过对三个地区(国家)的语言状况进行对比研究,发现影响普通话在境外华人社区传播和发展的因素很多,其中各地(国)的政府语言政策和语言规划、中国的综合国力、华语社区成员的语言认同、语言使用现状等是主要原因。文章同时提出全球华人社会应该平等对话,求同存异,加强合作,共同推动国际汉语语言资源的开发。

Since our country promoted Putonghua in 1956, Putonghua has got notable achievements, and already become the common language all over the country. Throughout the global Chinese community, we can see the development courses of Puton- ghua in Chinese communities overseas vary, but in recent years the growth trend has increased. This paper selects Hong Kong, Macao and Singapore, three typical Chinese communities as objects. Through comparative study of the language situation, we find that there are so many factors on the dissemination and development of Putonghua in overseas Chinese community, including the re- gion（country） government language policy and language planning, China＇ s comprehensive national strength, recognition and use of language in overseas Chinese community. The article proposes that the global Chinese community should have equal dialogues, see- king common ground, strengthening cooperation and jointly promoting the development of international Chinese language resources.
