摘要
随着越来越多的高校开办翻译本科和翻译硕士专业,翻译师资矛盾日益加剧。本文尝试提出构建高校翻译师资培养的校本培训途径作为现有培训模式的补充,并探讨其必要性、基本模式和实施的条件,希望对突破当前的翻译师资困局有所启发。
As more and more colleges and universities have begun to offer BTI and MTI programs, the lack of qualified teachers has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, in the hope of cracking the hard nut, the paper proposes to construct a school-based approach as a supplement to the training of translation teachers in colleges and universities and discusses its necessity, basic modes and implementation conditions.
