摘要
当前,我国高校教学改革存在着理念滞后、制度不完善、过程缺乏有效监控、教学改革不配套等诸多困境。深化教学改革,其实质就是对高校人才培养模式进行要素提升和整体优化。全面深化教学改革,必须以课程改革为核心、以教学方式方法改革为手段、以提高教师教学能力为根本、以体制改革为关键,实现"系统性、整体性、协同性"的改革效果。
Nowadays colleges and universities in China have to face many difficulties including lagging idea, imperfect management system, ineffective monitoring and mismatching teaching reform, etc. The essence of deepening the teaching reform is to upgrade the elements of talents cultivation mode in colleges and universities and to optimize integration. Therefore, we should re- alize the effect of "systematic, holistic, collaborative" reform by reforming curriculum and teaching methods, so as to improve teachers' teaching ability and reform management systems.
