利用昆虫病原线虫防治韭菜迟眼蕈蚊的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 韭菜迟眼蕈蚊常称作韭蛆,是为害韭菜的重要害虫。因防治韭蛆而大量使用化学农药导致韭菜农药残留增加,韭菜食用的安全性大大下降。笔者在昆虫病原线虫品系筛选、室内防治韭蛆的效果评价、应用昆虫病原线虫防治韭蛆后对韭菜生长相关参数的影响以及影响防治效果的环境因子等方面综述了利用昆虫病原线虫防治韭蛆的已有研究成果。在总结现有研究结果的基础上,提出利用含昆虫病原线虫的昆虫尸体直接防治韭蛆的措施,并对该措施进行了进一步探讨和展望。 Bradysia odoriphaga as a major pest against chives had been controlled by plenty of chemical insecticides with some problems of the increase of pesticide residue and decrease of food safe level emerged, which resulted in reducing cultivation area and chive consumption substantially in recent years. Controlling B. odoriphaga efficiently was still one of important scientific and production issues of agriculture in China. Research progress on B. odoriphaga controlling by entomopathogenic nematode was reviewed, including nematode strains selection, evaluation of controlling indoor, impacts on chives growth, environmental factors, etc. And measures of controlling B. odoriphaga by insect cadaver with entomopathogenic nematode were proposed, discussed and prospected.
