二氧化钛纳米粒子的合成及其在肿瘤治疗中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 二氧化钛作为一种重要的无机材料,被应用于各个领域,尤其是在生物医学领域的应用越来越受到广泛关注.主要综述了二氧化钛纳米材料的主要合成方法及其在肿瘤治疗方面的应用.其合成方法主要有气固液相法三大类,其中主要介绍了液相合成法中的溶胶—凝胶法、水热法、溶剂热法、微乳液法.并且进一步介绍了其在肿瘤治疗方面的光动力学、光热及声动力学疗法原理及应用实例.最后总结及展望了二氧化钛纳米材料在生物医学方面的应用前景. As an important inorganic material, titanium dioxide gets more and more attention and is used in various fields, espe- cially in the biomedical field. This paper summarizes the main synthesis methods of titanium dioxide nanomaterial and its applica- tions in cancer therapy area. The titanium dioxide nanomaterial can be prepared by gas, liquid and solid phase methods. Among them ,we mainly introduce liquid phase methods including sol-gel method, hydrothermal method, solvothermal, and microemulsion method. We also further describe the principles of photodynamic therapy and photoacoustie treatment in cancer treatments and ap- plications. Finally, we get the conclusions and have an outlook at the application of titanium dioxide nanomaterials in biomedicine.
