摘要
频谱资源是移动通信运营商的根本,网络建设的重要资源,其传播特性,直接影响投资和服务质量。2013年底工信部给国内3家运营商发放了TD-LTE商用牌照,并且在2014年5月允许中国联通和中国电信进行LTE FDD试验网,2015年2月发放了正式牌照,我国移动通信网络全面进入LTE发展时期。分析了目前全球移动通信频率的规划情况,总结了LTE商用网络频谱使用特性,分析了目前我国LTE网络发展面临的频率资源问题,对我国频谱的规划发展提出了建议。
Spectrum is the essence of the mobile communication operator and the important resources for the network construction, its propagation characteristics directly affect the investment and the quality of service. At the end of 2013 MII issued TD-LTE license to three operators, and in May 2014 allowed China Unicom and China Telecom LTE FDD trial licenses, the overall LTE mobile communication network development period begins in China. It firstly analyzes the current global mobile communication frequency planning situation, summarizes the spectrum characteristics of LTE commercial network, points out the current problem on lack of low LTE frequency resources in our country, and finally it gives the future spectrum planning strategy.
