介绍了移动网络后评价对于当前投资精准化和精细化的意义,通过分析表征项目实施效果的各个指标,构建了一套基于效益优先、利于网络良性循环发展的移动网络后评价体系,并介绍了评价指标的计算方法以及评价结论在工程管理与规划建设中的应用。
It presents the significance of mobile communication network post-evaluation for current investment precision and refine-ment, analyzes the index showing implementing effects, and constructs a set of mobile network post-evaluation system based on benefit first and network virtuous cycle development. It presents the calculation method on evaluation index and the application of evaluation conclusion to project management and planning construction.
