普通晚籼稻和优质晚籼稻在不同储藏条件下碘蓝值的变化 被引量:6

摘要 比较分析了不同储藏条件下优质晚籼稻和普通晚籼稻的碘蓝值随时间变化的情况,通过分析可知,储藏11个月后,普通晚籼稻与优质晚籼稻的碘蓝值均出现了下降,优质晚籼稻碘蓝值下降的幅度要大于普通晚籼稻。在35个月的储藏期内,普通晚籼稻碘蓝值的平均下降率约为19%,优质晚籼稻的平均下降率约为37%。温度控制对减缓普通晚籼稻和优质晚籼稻碘蓝值的下降有一定作用。 Changes of blue value of high quality late indica and ordinary late indica rice in different storage conditions are discussed in this paper. Both of blue value of high quality late indica rice and ordinary late indica rice stored 11 months later had declined and blue value of high quality late indica rice had declined more than ordinary late indica rice.Decline rate of blue value of ordinary late indica rice during 35 months' storage was 19% and the rate of high quality late indica rice was 37%.Temperature control could slow down decline of blue value of high quality late indica rice and ordinary late indica rice.
