British Columbia is the third largest province in Canada, which innovatively passes the law to authorize the lifting equipment including elevator to the non-profit non-governmental agency, BCSA, for safety supervision. Over decades with the mode in operation, the lifting equipment has been always in good running condition and maintained high public safety level, which can provide much beneficial guidance for safety supervision of special equipment in our country.
