摘要
根据平面涡卷弹簧对能量高效储存和释放的特点,将其应用于岸边集装箱起重机的起重小车制动过程能量回收再利用。建立了平面涡卷弹簧的力学模型和起重小车的动力学模型,并对小车进行了动力学仿真分析,通过对比安装储能装置前后小车在起制动过程中驱动力的变化,得出这一方法可实现岸边集装箱起重机的节能,对应用涡卷弹簧的岸边集装箱起重机节能研究具有重要的工程实际意义。
According to the characteristics of the fiat spiral spring in high-efficient energy storage and release, the 4 spiral spring is applied to energy recycling and reusing during trolley braking process of the quayside container crane. The mechanical models of the fiat spiral spring and dynamical model of the trolley are built to perform dynamic simulation analy- sis for the trolley. Through comparison of the changes of driving force during starting and braking of the trolley before and af- ter the energy-storage device is installed, it's shown that the method is applicable to save energy for the quayside container crane, providing significant practical value for energy-saving research on the quayside container crane installed with the spiral spring.
