摘要 针对大型履带起重机结构和事故特点,设计了一种吊钩状态无线监测系统,该系统以PLC为控制核心,通过无线传感网络对吊钩状态信息进行实时采集、传输、分析及处理,实现人机界面监测吊钩状态和安全预警等功能。介绍基于Zig Bee网络技术建立无线传感网络,并给出相应的软件硬件设计方案。实验表明,网络组网快速,节点布置灵活,数据传输稳定,系统具有精度高、灵敏度高和灵活性等特点。 In terms of the structure and accident characteristics of large-scale crawling crane, a wireless monitoring system for the hook status is designed in the paper, with PLC as the control core for real-time acquisition, transmission, a- nalysis, and processing of the hook status via wireless network, in order to realize monitoring of the hook status by man-ma- chine interface, safety warning function, etc. The paper introduces the wireless sensor network based on ZigBee network technology and gives corresponding software and hardware design scheme. The test shows rapid networking technology, flexi- ble node arrangement, and stable data transmission. The system is provided with high precision, high sensitivity, and good flexibility, etc.
