摘要 通过对塔式起重机风险成因的逐层分析,结合相关专家意见构建整机风险评估指标体系,运用主观层次分析与客观熵权修正相结合的赋权方法获得各指标权重值,以Delphi方法及现场调研获得了评估指标的隶属度,综合运用模糊数学原理构建整机风险评估模型。选取船厂大型塔式起重机作为实际工程案例,运用所述评估模型完成风险评估,获得了塔式起重机整机定量风险评估结果,为塔式起重机风险控制提供定量分析的方法及应用指导。 Through layer-by-layer analysis of the risk causes of the tower crane, the overall risk assessment index sys- tem is developed considering related expert's opinions. The weighting method combining the subjective hierarchy analysis with objective entropy weighing method is used to obtain the weighted value for each index. Degree of membership is gained for the evaluation indexes using Delphi method, with the aid of site investigation. The risk assessment model is developed via the fuzzy mathematical principle. The large-scale tower crane is selected as theactual engineering case and the mentioned model is used for risk assessment, to get the quantitative risk assessment result for tower crane providing the quantitative analysis method and application guidance for risk control of tower cranes.
