摘要
针对目前较多研究仅考虑单一载荷作用下副臂失稳的情况,在考虑副臂受到吊重、自重、风载荷、离心力与水平惯性力等多种载荷共同作用时,进行副臂的特征值屈曲与非线性屈曲有限元分析,得到吊重在主臂最大工作幅度时副臂的屈曲上限载荷、杆件受力状况及副臂稳定性收敛图,为副臂结构设计提供依据。
In view of the situation where most researches only consider lost stability of the fly jib under the action of the single load, the paper describes eigenvalue buckling and non-linear buckling finite element analysis for the fly jib under the joint action of lifting weight, self-weight, wind load, centrifugal force, inertia force, and other loads to the fly jib, in order to get the buckling upper limit load of the fly jib, member rod stressed status, and stability convergence graph when the main jib is at maximum working range, providing the basis for structural design of the fly jib.
