摘要
海外油气投资是保障国家能源供给安全的重要方式,本文从投资主体、投资合作方式、投资区域和油气资源四个维度,分析了中国石油企业的海外油气投资现状,总结了当前中国海外油气投资中存在的一些问题,提出了中国石油企业可以采用企业并购的方式获取油气资源,以及中国政府应统筹和协调海外油气投资等建议。
Overseas oil and gas investment is an important way to ensure the security of national energy supply. This paper analyzes the current investment situation for Chinese oil companies from four dimensions： the investors, investment cooperation mode, investment regions and resources owned by overseas investment. It then summarizes the problems existed in the current investment situation. Finally, it suggests that China government should co-ordinate Chinese overseas oil and gas investment and China oil companies could use M＆A to further acquire oil and gas resources.
