心脏介入术后股动脉穿刺点改良手法压迫止血效果观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察心脏介入术后采用改良手法进行股动脉穿刺点止血的效果及并发症发生情况。方法行心脏介入手术的患者450例,根据股动脉穿刺置管术后止血方式不同分为改良手法组、传统手法组、股动脉压迫器组各150例。记录三组压迫止血时间(加压时间、肢体制动时间);观察止血效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果改良手法组加压时间为(0.51±0.23)h、肢体制动时间为(24.08±0.97)h,传统手法组分别为(0.48±0.21)、(24.12±1.03)h,股动脉压迫器组肢体制动时间为(12.32±1.48)h。三组止血效果均较好。改良手法组假性动脉瘤发生率低于余两组,并发症总发生率(4.67%)低于余两组(P均<0.05)。结论心脏介入术后采用改良压迫手法进行股动脉穿刺点止血效果确切,并可减少术后假性动脉瘤的发生。
