摘要
依照现有的碳足迹核算方法,核算了从白毛条到精纺毛织物的工业碳足迹。结果显示高支纯毛面料在该阶段的碳足迹为7.31 kg CO2e/m布,其中电和蒸汽产生的碳足迹占比最大,超过85%。在毛条染色和纺纱阶段的碳足迹最大。除此之外,还计算出在各个阶段的碳足迹值:毛条生产过程碳足迹为4.54 kg CO2e/kg毛条,纺纱过程中的碳足迹为7.78 kg CO2e/kg纱线,织造过程中的碳足迹为0.08 kg CO2e/m布,后整阶段的碳足迹为2.53 kg CO2e/m布,包装阶段的碳足迹为0.27 kg CO2e/m布。结果对于后期的比较研究有所借鉴,且完善了羊毛产品碳足迹的研究。
In this paper, in accordance with the existing carbon footprint accounting method, accounting for carbon footprint from white wool top to worsted wool fabric. Results show that the carbon footprint of the high yarn counts wool fabric at this stage is 7.31 kgCO2^e/m, the carbon footprint proportion produced by electricity and steam is the largest, more than 85 %. Carbon footprint is larger in the stage of top dyeing and spinning. In addition to this, this article also calculatedthe carbon footprint value in various stages: carbon footprint of top dying process is 4.54 kgCO2^e/kg wool top, the carbon footprint in the process of spinning is 7.78 kgCO2^e/kg yarn, carbon footprint of weaving is 0.08 kg C02e/m cloth, the carbon footprint of finishing process is 2.53 kgCO2^e/m cloth, the carbon footprint ofpacking stage is 0.27 kgCO2^e/m cloth. These results can supply reference for later comparative study, and perfect the carbon footprint of wool products.
