Sauvé-Kapandji术治疗陈旧性下尺桡关节掌侧脱位1例报告并文献复习
摘要
下尺桡关节脱位大部分为背侧脱位，临床上不易漏诊，而下尺桡关节掌侧脱位少见［1］，而临床医生对于该疾病的临床表现及 X 线片的阅经验不足往往造成漏诊，进而发展为陈旧性下尺桡关节掌侧脱位，因而更为少见［2-3］。2011年5月福建医科大学附属闽东医院十区创伤骨病科收治1例下尺桡关节陈旧性掌侧脱位患者，并行 Sauv＆#233;-Kapandji 术进行治疗，现报告如下。
