近20年来,语料库在语言研究和语言教学中的作用日益凸显。Douglas Biber和Randi Reppen主编的四卷本《语料库语言学》手册(2012)是这一领域最新的鸿篇巨制,所收集的论文多达60篇,涵盖语料库在词汇、语法、语域和语言变异等各方面的最新应用。该手册反映了21世纪以来语料库语言学的最新发展,是从事语料库研究的重要参考资料。
During the last two decades, corpus has played an increasingly important role in language re- search and language teaching. Corpus Linguistics compiled in 2012 by Douglas Biber and Randi Reppen is a four-volume collection of 60 latest papers concerning the use of corpora in such areas as lexical studies, grammar, register and language variation. This handbook, as a reflection of the recent development of corpus linguistics in the 21st century, is an important reference book for those who study language from a corpus linguistics approach.
