摘要
建设高校辅导员科研团队对提升辅导员队伍的整体科研能力,以及推进辅导员专业化建设具有重要意义。文章阐述了高校辅导员科研团队的概念和特征,分析高校辅导员科研团队建设的必要性,及所面临的现实问题,并提出建构高校辅导员科研团队的实践路径建议。
Construction of college counselors research team is significant for enhancing the overall research capability and promoting the counstruction of specialized counselors, the concept and characteristics of college counselors research team were presented, the necessity and practical issues of the construction were analyzed, and the practical path to construct the research team of college counselors was proposed.
