本文揭示了新时期我国"两个一百年"发展目标的内涵,得出我国将在2027年左右超越美国成为世界第一大经济体,以及人均GDP进入高收入国家行列。实现这一目标,必须坚持以经济建设为中心、以加快转变经济发展方式为主线、以经济结构的战略性调整为主攻方向、工业化信息化城镇化农业现代化同步发展、全体人民共同富裕、中国特色社会主义基本经济制度,以及以改革为强大动力,并把握好改革与发展的平衡点。

This article reveals the connotation of the development goals of two＂centuries＂ at the new ear, drawing the con- clusions that China will exceed the U.S. in 2027 and become the largest economy in the world, and that in terms of GDP per capi- ta, it will be rated as one of the high-income nations. To realize the goals, it is necessary to take economic construction as the center, speed up the transition of the pattern of economic development, make the strategic adjustment of economic structure as the leading orientation, develop industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agriculture modernization simultaneously, make all the people become rich, develop the fundamental socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics, take reform as the great driving force, and grasp the equilibrium point of reform and development.
