摘要
为适应经济全球化发展的趋势,培养具有较强专业技术能力和职业能力素养并能创造性地从事国际商务实际工作的高层次应用型人才,我国新增了国际商务硕士专业学位。本文简要分析了国际商务硕士专业学位设置的必要性,探讨了该专业硕士培养过程中需着重解决的几个问题:建立科学化的人才培养目标,调整、完善课程体系,创新教学方法,加强实践环节,专业学位与职业资格对接,等等。
In order to adapt to the trend of economic globalization, the professional master＇s degree in international business was set up to nurture high-level practical talents with strong professional ability and professional diathesis competent for international business activities. This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing professional master＇s degree in international business and examines several issues regarding the cultivation of professional masters in international business such as setting up scientific talent-cultivation objectives, adapting and upgrading the curriculums, innovating teaching methods, hastening practice, connecting professional degree with occupational qualification, etc.
