新型自抛光海洋防污树脂的制备与性能测试

摘要 制备了侧链含有芦竹碱防污剂的聚丙烯酸酯防污树脂和丙烯酸酯接枝环氧树脂防污树脂,利用红外光谱对其结构进行了确认。以所合成制备的防污树脂为涂料基础树脂分别制备了三种自抛光防污涂料,经测试,三种自抛光防污涂料的常规性能均符合国家标准,且均具有良好的自抛光防污性能。 Polyacrylate antifouling resin and acrylate grafting epoxy antifouling resin with the side chain containing gramine were prepared,and their structures were confirmed with infrared spectroscopy. Three self-pollshing antlfouhng, coatings were prepared with the prepared antifouling resin for the based resin. After testing,conventional properties of three kinds of self-polishing antifouling coatings were in line with national standards. Simultaneously, three kinds of self-polishing antifouling coatings were of excellent self-polishing antifouling performance.
