森吉米尔轧机工作辊光纤激光毛化点形貌与微观组织特性研究

摘要 首先利用SPI R4 400W光纤激光器开展森吉米尔轧机工作辊激光毛化处理试验,然后取样检验毛化点形貌和显微硬度、测量辊面毛化区粗糙度和残余奥氏体含量,并做相应分析。结果表明,采用SPI R4 400W光纤激光器能够实现森吉米尔轧机工作辊表面的无序毛化加工,且毛化辊面粗糙度随激光功率加大而增大;毛化区存在硬度明显下降和残余奥氏体含量大幅上升的现象,但由于毛化点尺寸较小、仅为50μm左右,没有对森吉米尔轧机工作辊耐磨性产生明显的负面影响。 Based on the experiments of fiber optic texturing working roll of SENGI Mill by means of SPI R4 400W fiber laser, the samples from the form and appearance of texturing points, micro-hardness, roughness in the texturing area of the rolling surface, and the residual austenite content are analyzed. The results show that disorder texturing process can be achieved by SPI R4 400W fiber laser, and that the roughness of texturing rolling surface increases as the laser power rises, and that hardness in the texturing area drops obviously and the content of residual austenite roars greatly.
