摘要
在石油天然气开采和储运过程中由于硫化氢的存在,对油气田管线会产生严重的腐蚀和重大的经济损失。针对管线钢特定的腐蚀环境,总结了当前H2S腐蚀在反应机理上的研究,简要介绍了H2S浓度、温度、pH值和流速等多种因素对管线钢在H2S环境中腐蚀的影响,综述了近年来国内外管线钢在H2S环境中的腐蚀问题研究现状,并对抗H2S腐蚀管线钢的研究趋势进行了展望。
Due to the presence of H2S in the process of oil and gas exploitation and transportation, the oil and gas pipelines will undergo Serious corrosion and significant economic losses, Based on the specific pipeline corrosion environment, the paper summarizes current research on H2S corrosion reaction mecha- nism, gives a brief description of the impact of various factors, such as H2S partial pressure, temperature, PH value and flow rate, on corrosion of pipelitte steel in H2S environment, summing up research status at home and abroad in H2 S environment pipeline eorrrosion problems in recent years, and forecasting H2 S cor- rosion research trends of pipeline steel.
