摘要
通过对968位不同企业的高层领导者的问卷分析,检验了企业高层领导者心理资本和社会资本对企业绩效的影响,以及风险承担行为的中介作用。研究结果表明,企业高层领导者心理资本和社会资本对企业绩效与风险承担行为具有显著的正向影响;其风险承担行为对企业绩效具有显著的直接功效,且风险承担行为在高层领导者心理资本和社会资本对企业绩效的影响路径中起部分中介作用,即高层领导者心理资本和社会资本通过风险承担行为对企业绩效具有一定的间接功效。
Based on the 968 samples of corporate top-level leaders,an empirical research is conducted to test the influence of the top-level leader’s psychological capital and social capital on corporate performance,and the mediating effect of risk-taking behavior.The empirical result shows that:toplevel leader’s psychological capital and social capital both have significant positive relationship with risk-taking behavior and corporate performance;top-level leader’s risk-taking behavior has a direct significant relation with corporate performance;and it acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between psychological capital,social capital and corporate performance.In other words,top-level leader’s psychological capital and social capital have indirect impact on corporate performance.
