基于应用型人才培养的药学实验教学改革与实践

Teaching reformation and practice of pharmacy experiment based on the cultivaion of applied talents

药学专业是一门实践性、应用性很强的学科。药学实验教学是培养学生创新能力和综合应用能力的重要环节。根据药学实验的特点,依托省级药学实验教学示范中心,从实验教学方法、实验内容、考核体系等方面进行实验教学改革与探索,提高了学生的实验积极性,鼓励学生独立查阅文献资料、设计实验方案、贯彻绿色环保理念等。实践证明,提高了学生分析问题及解决问题的能力,充分培养学生的综合素质和应用能力。

Pharmacy is a professional discipline with wide practice and practicability, pharmacy experiment teaching is an important element of cultivating the students＇ creativity and comprehensive analytical ability. Based on the teaching management and teaching practice, and depending on pharmaceuti- cal experimental center of Heilongjiang province, the reformation and exploration on the basis of the experimental teaching, methods of experimental teaching and evaluation system was discussed in this paper. Its ultimate goal is to improve the students＇ experiments enthusiasm, to encourage the students access to literature, design experimental, implementing the concept of environmental protection. The practical results showed that the ability of problem analysis and solving and creativity of the student were improved, and then to cultivate the students＇ comprehensive quality and application.
