摘要
流体力学综合实验是化工原理课程教学中一个非常重要的实验,其中涉及到离心泵特性、管路特性、流体流动阻力测定等内容,为了提高学生独立操作、独立思考的能力并培养其工程观念,我校将其扩展为自主设计性实验,由学生自己设计、组装实验装置,在此过程中,学生们认识了大量在课堂上见不到的管道、三通、弯头、阀门等工程管件;在优化工艺、独立处理实验中的问题、解决事故的过程中,学生们与实际工程问题零距离接触,大大提高了他们处理工程问题的能力,收到了很好的成效,将其作为基础资料,对今后的实验教学改革提供依据。
As an important experiment in the course of chemical engineering principle, the hydrodynamic experiment involved all kinds of teaching contents, such as the characteristics of centrifugal pump, the performance of pipeline and the determination of flow resistance and so on. To enhance the ability of independent operating and thinking of the students and train their project concept, the hydrodynamic experiment was extended to a self-designed one. The students design and assemble the experimental apparatus all by themselves. Through these experimental exercises, they are acquainted with many pipe fittings used in real manufactories, such as flange, elbow and pipe tee, and so on. Many practical engineering problems were encountered in the process of scheme optimizing, problem han- dling and solving personally, and the engineering capacity of the students was improved greatly. A beneficial achievement was obtained, and as a basic data, it will provide a reliable evidence for the future experimental teaching reform.
