摘要
相比国家重点高校,当前普通高校大学生在学习的主动性与目标、自我管理与自制力、自主学习能力与学习方法等方面明显不足,针对上述特点,总结了普通高校大学生创新训练计划项目实施过程中存在的问题,例如重成果轻过程、项目实施过程检查不力和学校缺少健全的制度和政策等,并提出了相应的解决办法。最后以沈阳航空航天大学自动化学院大学生创新训练计划项目组织和实施为例,阐述大学生创新训练计划项目的有效组织和实施方法,简要总结实施大学生创新训练计划后学生获得的收益。
Contrast to the key universities, in the regular colleges, there are currently obvious deficiencies in initiative and goal of learning, the ability of self-management and self-control, the ability of autonomous study and the learning methods, etc. In this paper, the foregoing characteristics are analyzed, and the problems, such as the overemphasis on the result opposite to the undervalued process, ineffective process inspection and absence in rules and policies, are summarized, and the corresponding solutions are presented. Finally, the organization and implementation of the project supported by college students innovative training plan (CSITP) in school of automation of Shenyang aerospace university is taken as an example, this paper describes an effective method of organization and implementation of the CSIPT project, summarizes in brief the profit achieved by students in the training.
